How we keep your letter
Humara is a small community of people who live in Bali. This page says what happens to the letter you send us for Camp 0.
What we keep
Your first name, where you live, who you’re coming with and how many of you, your dog, your WhatsApp or Telegram, what you eat and the choices in your P.S. Nothing about your health. No cookies, and our code doesn’t store your IP address.
Why
To plan Camp 0 (tents, food, seats on the shuttle) and to write to you about it. Nothing else. We never sell your letter or use it for ads.
Who sees it
The people who organise Camp 0. A new letter also reaches us as a Telegram message. The site’s host and Telegram may keep copies on servers outside Indonesia. If a licensed event organiser in Indonesia runs the camp with us, they may see the guest list for the permits.
How long
Until 31 December 2026. Then we delete the letters. If you asked us to write about the next camp, we keep only your name and how to reach you, for that.
Your say
Write to us on Instagram, @humaracommunity, to see, fix or delete your letter, and we’ll do it within three days. From the browser you wrote it in, you can also edit your letter or take it back.
In this browser
A copy of your letter stays in this browser, so you can edit it later. Clearing this site’s data removes it.
Age
Letters are for people 18 or over. Children come with their family and are counted in the family’s number.
